Staying at The Paul Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was spot on for checking out NYC hotspots, the room left a lot to be desired in terms of size and comfort. The staff were generally friendly, but I did have a rough patch with service. Overall, it feels like a mixed bag.

My stay at The Paul Hotel was quite mixed. I loved the location since it was conveniently near major attractions, but I encountered some issues. The room was small and lacked sufficient lighting and amenities like a nightstand. While the rooftop bar offered stunning views, the service and some of the basic facilities left much to be desired.
